This is very challenging especially among the adolescents who are experiencing several social, psychological and physiological changes at the time when they are faced with the responsibility of managing their diabetic condition. Proper glucose control may reduce the risks of developing diabetes associated complications among the type 1 diabetes; adolescents usually have problems fitting in the difficult aspects of the diabetes treatment regime.
